Birchleggings Bell Transported to Cable from Eau Claire!

On May 21, 2020 the Birchleggings Bell was transported to Cable from its fabrication site in Eau Claire.

A safely-masked crew consisting of Jim Anderson, Allison Slavick, Connie Meek, Tom Rowley, Harry Maranowicz, Jim Tenorio, and photographer Scott Smith unloaded the 300-pound post and bell.

The bell post and recognition plaque will be installed this summer along the Birkie trail.
